The linen in the yarn adds something truly special. It makes the yarn highly absorbent while also quick-drying, because linen fibres hold more air and release moisture quickly again. This makes CottonBaby Lino ideal for summer garments, baby knits, towels and cloths that need both absorbency and fast drying.

With use and washing, the linen gradually becomes softer and more silky to the touch, unlike many cotton yarns that can become stiffer over time. CottonBaby Lino therefore develops beautifully with wear and feels even more pleasant against the skin after washing.

At the same time, the yarn holds its shape well and has a structure that makes it especially suitable for textured knitting and crochet. Many knitters return to CottonBaby Lino again and again – not because they are told to, but because it feels good to work with, wears beautifully and simply makes sense to use.
