Cashmere Lace - 164 B Roasted Chestnut
Cashmere Lace
Color: 101 B Sand Pearl
100% extra fine cashmere in a light, long-fiber quality. Soft, warm, and versatile – perfect on its own or as a companion yarn, adding luxury without changing the structure of your knitting.
Read MoreCashmere Lace is one of Gepard’s core qualities and has, for more than a decade, been part of defining our yarn universe. It was also among the frontrunners in introducing cashmere to hand knitters – with a focus on function, durability, and true natural softness.
The yarn is developed with balance in mind: maximum softness and luxury – without interfering with the properties of the yarn it is combined with.
Unlike many other companion yarns, Cashmere Lace does not alter the elasticity or structure of your main yarn. When worked together with qualities such as Pura Lana or Woolia, the natural resilience and shape are preserved – simply enhanced with an extra layer of softness and refined comfort. This makes Cashmere Lace an ideal companion yarn when you want to elevate a project without significantly changing its visual expression.
Cashmere Lace can also be knitted on its own – using one, two, or three strands – depending on the desired look and density. The yarn is light, warm, and comfortable against the skin, making it especially suitable for sweaters, underlayers, baby garments, and shawls.
The long, fine cashmere fibers create a smooth and even stitch definition with a soft surface that becomes even more beautiful with wear. Cashmere is also a strong fiber, ensuring lasting quality over time.
The color palette is carefully coordinated with Gepard’s other yarn qualities, making it easy to combine shades and achieve a harmonious result – whether working tone-on-tone or with contrast.
Cashmere Lace is for those who value both function and indulgence – a yarn that brings meaning to every stitch.
